Join us for a compelling and thought-provoking discussion on The Impact of Corporate Psychopathy on Organizations, an event that explores how psychopathic traits in corporate settings influence leadership, ethical conduct, and organizational outcomes. Drawing on the foundational analysis in Corporate Psychopaths and Misconduct from Auburn University’s Center for Ethical Organizational Cultures, we will examine how individuals with psychopathic characteristics—who may lack empathy and disregard legal and ethical norms—are drawn to positions of authority and the consequences this has for companies and stakeholders.
